Quick Start (1 minute)
- 🧼 Wash hands. Sterilize disc 3–5 min at the start of your cycle.
- 🫳 Pinch the rim into a slim oval (or figure-8).
- ↩️ Angle back toward your tailbone when inserting.
- 🧩 Seat the back rim behind the cervix; tuck the front rim behind the pubic bone.
- ⏱️ Wear up to 12 hours (empty sooner on heavy days).
Step-by-Step Guide
1) Prep
Sterilize at the start of your cycle. Wash hands. A drop of water-based lube can help.
2) Pinch
Press the rim together to form a slim oval (or figure-8) so it slides in comfortably.
3) Insert (angle back)
Sit, squat, or raise one leg; aim toward your tailbone and slide the disc fully inside.
4) Seat the back rim
Guide the back rim behind the cervix (the disc sits high, in the vaginal fornix).
5) Tuck the front rim
Tuck the front rim behind the pubic bone. You shouldn’t feel it when placed right.
6) Remove & clean
Sit on the toilet, relax and bear down. Hook a finger under the front rim, keep level, remove slowly. Empty, rinse, and reinsert—or clean/sterilize.
Pro Tips for a Comfy Fit
- Try insertion in the shower the first few times to stay relaxed.
- Empty sooner on heavy days to prevent overfilling and leaks.
- A gentle “bear down” helps locate the pubic bone for that final tuck.
- Pair with Feminy period panties on your heaviest days for extra peace of mind.
